Australia’s 31 Primary Health Networks (PHNs) independently work to streamline health services, particularly for those at risk of poor health outcomes, and to better coordinate care so people receive the right care, in the right place at the right time.
The National Improvement Network Collaborative (NINCo) has been established to provide a nationally recognized, consistent evidence-based approach to continuous improvement by encouraging collaboration, standardisation and innovation as well as enhancing capacity building across Australia’s PHNs.
NINCo strives to advance Quality Improvement (QI) initiatives across Australia’s Primary Health Networks.
Our role is to support PHNs to assist primary care providers implement creative, ongoing quality improvement strategies within their regions to improve the health and well-being of their populations.
NINCo strives to unite PHN staff, advance networking, skill development, and the sharing of our program and priorities. This is done via a platform that encourages cooperation, innovation, competence enhancement, as well as the exchange of best practices in Continuous Quality Improvement.
