Stream 2 – Workforce Capability Enhancement

In the latest update for Stream 2, significant progress has been made on the development of Peak Practice: Elevating Healthcare Improvement modules. Working groups within the stream have dedicated their efforts to alpha and beta-testing these modules, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness. Concurrently, the Learning Management System (LMS) has undergone beta testing, solidifying its role as the central learning hub for the network. The LMS will house the Peak Practice modules and a wealth of quality improvement resources for all members’ benefit. Additionally, the stream’s working group has been focused on finalizing the work plan for capability enhancement, aiming to create a comprehensive skill competency matrix. These efforts mark significant strides in the stream’s mission to empower healthcare professionals and elevate the standards of healthcare improvement across the network.
